MVSA Xtreme 09 at David Lawrence Convention Center
MVSA Xtreme Volleyball 2009 – We finish strong towards the end of the season. We work together towards a common goal of understanding the importance of teamwork, competitive spirit, application of good techniques in execution of a pass, serve, set and spike. We think about our team, what we can do to make us succeed. We unselfishly sacrifice our time, give ourselves time to grow, trust our teammate, trust our instinctive nature, open our minds to learning and test our limits. We gave it our all. That’s what team Xtreme is all about. We finish confident and proud to be part of MVSA Volleyball Club.
Thank you ladies for a wonderful season end.
Coach C

Chip and I
Its was ninteen years ago I met Chip. This was when he was doing ECC at Penn State College. Chip has been doing East Coast Championship for the past 24 years and now retired, he now has his daughter doing what he loves. Helping young athlete realize there dream of being a part of a team. Understanding true competition.
I was coaching my daughter Marie then now 27 years old. Yeah, Im old and still going strong. I remember the good old day when she started volleyball. She was 9 years of age playing with a 12 and under team. It seem like yesterday that volleybal l just evolve from a 15 point game side out to a new 25 point game let-serve rule. So many rule changes so much to learn.
How time fly when you are having fun and when you love the things that makes you complete and whole. I found my purpose in life and that is coaching volleyball.

Its summer volleyball camp fun at the Trinity School of Frederick. A great experience for girls learning the fundamentals of the sport. I had fun coaching these girls. I see future talents coming out for the sport and the respective schools they represent. I was pleased to know that 2 of the girls, Rebecca and Rachel are trying out for the Thomas Johnson and Urbana Volleyball team. I am confident that the experience they gain through out the 4 days session will give them the edge during the try-out period.
All things come must come to an end and this was how we finish the last day of summer volleyball camp at Trinity school of Frederick. We all had a learning experience. Fun learning, exercising, running, playing a sport that has given us a identity in this life time.
I really enjoyed working with the campers. I had FUN. Thanks again for the opportunity to be a part of your life’s experience.
