This past winter and spring of 2010, I had the greatest pleasure of working with the Hannah and Jessica Knot. I am so confident that these ladies will be a good force to be reckon with in there upcoming fall volleyball season. Hannah – I love your sets! Your enthusiam and leadership in playing volleyball will surely keep your TJ teams strong. Jessie, I can see how fast you have improved from your passing, and hitting from back row. I have noticed all the energy you have in playing good defense. Your’e so nice to work with. Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity to be a part of your volleyball life.
An Open Letter to Hannah,
First of all, I would like to say congratulation and good job for coming to the State Finals. Its always an honor and a privilege to represent the school and play at the State Championship.
I do admire the leadership role you took and setting up the team’s offense. Its always a joy to watch you play to a level of play which demands so much of your setting skills. Keep up the good works. It seems like yesterday when I first met you and I see it as an honor to have worked with you. I can see that you done your best and this is what life’s lesson is all about. Doing your best in everything you do. Win or lose, you gave it your all!
I would like to share some words of wisdom:
Let The Haters Hate- Life goes on and know your strength !
There will always be haters. There will always be plenty of naysayers and people who try to tear you down. Don’t pay attention to them and don’t take what they say to heart. Let the haters hate and you keep believing in yourself.
You Deserve To Be Happy- This is priceless!!
Don’t ever let anybody tell you otherwise. You deserve to be happy and you deserve to have success. Keep that mindset and never give up until you reach your destination!
Inspire Others – Your sister and parents are your biggest fan so am I !!
Be an inspiration to others by refusing to give up. Who knows what someone else can achieve because you never gave up and in turn inspired them not to give up.
You Are So Close – You played at the State finals!!
Often when you feel like you want to give up and you are about to give up you are so close to making a huge break-threw. Seth Godin has written an awesome book about this called “The Dip” – a riveting read that teaches that at any given time you are always just a heartbeat away from success.
Congratulations again and God Speed.
