This past 2010 Winter and Spring volleyball training session I had the pleasure of working with 2 wonderful athletes- Kayla and Kathy. I can see the enthusiam and determination of this 2 athletes working hard in there defense and offensive skills.
Kayla – definitely and libero player. She has good platform in passing. She reads well the offensive hits and is aggressive. She communicates well and works well with other players..
Kathy – can be a potential setter, has great defense. Has a wonderful natural vertical jump explosion.
I’m sure both players will be a great contribution to the Sherwood volleyball team.
I enjoyed watching a great match, it was Sherwood vs Whitman ! Sherwood dominated the entire match and won in 3. They will face Whitman again in the first round of playoff. Good luck to both teams.
