- Go out and serve others. By service to others, I do not mean quid pro quo – doing a deed in return for an equal or similar deed. I am talking about unselfish kindness and generosity, acts that validate your good fortune, that give meaning to your lives and, above all, that sustain and dignify the lives of others. In this regard, no positive acts are insignificant, and no person in need of assistance is too lowly for your time and attention.
Unselfish service is marked by humility, a hard-to-find trait in this age of egoism, so-called individualism and incivility.

Received your registration. Looking forward to an exciting training summer session.
Thank you so much for your “pay it forward” camp registrations. My daughter was able to register for your summer camp because of this and it has been a true gift. Although she is just starting, her love for volleyball is growing; but more importantly her self esteem is soring!
I promise your gift will continue forward
Hi there!
I have an almost 11 year old (5th grader) that has been playing on a club basketball team for 2 years. She is interested in exploring volleyball. All of the clinics etc seem to be geared for 12+. And ideas for us? We live in teh Gaithersburg/Rockville area. I am looking for a clinic so she can see how interested she is.
thanks-
I have an ongoing volleyball clinic at the Rockville Sportsplex for beginners on Monday and Wednesday session. You are welcome to observe and see if she would be interested in taking the upcoming class in the spring.
I see you ahve a summer camp beginning July 5th-she will be going into 6th grade in the fall. Is she too young for the camp? She has never played before.
thanks-
This session is good for beginners. We usually work with volleyball lites. Hope I could get an opportunity to work with her.
Sincerely,
Coach C
I have a daughter who will be 10 this summer and wants to play volleyball. Any suggestions?
Please go to my website at http://www.vballcamp.com. I have an all summer volleyball training course which I believe will help you daughter. We focus mainly on proper execution of passing, hitting, serving and setting skills.
I have a 7th grader who is interested in participating in some volleyball team/program this fall. She has just started out and I am having a tough time finding a program for her. Do you have something or can you suggest somewhere else that would be appropriate for her? She is taking an evening camp at Holy Child this week and is signing up for your camp next week. She is at Hoover MS. Thanks.
In the coming fall I suggest that she join our MVSA club recreation program. I am sure she will enjoy this session. I have in posted on the left hand column under Blog roll .
I’m 13 years old and I plan on taking lots of clubs this year, but I’m also a beginner. Could I also join?
when is registration due ?
You must turn in your form 1 week prior to the beginning of the session.
