Francis Cornejo Volleyball Camp -  Refund Policy


All cancellations must be received in writing via letter or email. Faxes will not be accepted. Telephone messages will not be accepted.

Cancellation requests must include the following information:

o Camper’s Name

o Camp Name & Dates

o Original Amount Paid

o Person to whom the refund check should be issued

o Address refund check should be mailed.

o Reason for Refund

REFUND FORM FOR CAMPER

Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the start of camp will be issued a  refund less $75.00 processing fee.

Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the start of camp will be issued a 75% refund.

Cancellations made 1 – 6 days prior to the start of camp will be awarded a 50% refund.

No refunds will be awarded to campers who are “no shows” (do not attend camp and do not notify the camp office of their cancellation prior to the first day of camp).

This refund policy will be strictly enforced regardless of the reason for cancellation or early departure.

If a camp/clinic is canceled, a  refund  less $75.00 processing fee will be issued to all campers who have pre-registered. Francis Cornejo Volleyball Camp is not responsible for related costs such as airfare, travel costs, cancellation charges, etc.

The date of a cancellation request shall be determined by the postmark of the letter or the date the email was sent

NO MAKE UP CLASSES DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS OR HEALTH REASONS.
