Q: Can I switch dates from Mon/Weds to Mon/Tues or Tues/Wed to Weds/Thursday or from Morning session to some Evening sessions?
A: Yes, we will try to accommodate players’ schedules as much as possible. Simply make a note on your registration form as to which days of the week you need. Contact the camp director for special arrangements.
Q: When is the last date of registration for summer camps?
A: Classes fill up quickly and individual camps will close when they reach capacity. Prices on the website are valid until one week before the camp begins. If space is available, late registrations (i.e., those less than one week prior to camp) will be accepted . Contact the Camp Director for details.
Q: Are there sibling discounts?
A: Yes, when you register a player at full price during the summer, siblings will receive a 20% tuition reduction for camps during the summer.
Q: Will my child benefit from 4 days of a camp?
A: Any child will benefit from receiving quality instruction of any length. However, children learn best from repetition. Therefore, I would recommend enrolling in multiple camps to obtain the best benefit. The full summer program, which offers a significant discount and a free volleyball, would be your best option. This full summer program is available for both morning and evening programs.
Q: I have a group of girls who may be interested in your summer programs. What will be the price if we have the whole team coming into your camp?
A: I offer a “coaches special” for any school team that sends six or more players to any session will receive a scholarship for an additional player free. Each coach can chose which player will receive this scholarship based on need or playing level or any other criteria. This applies to individual sessions as well as the complete summer package (i.e., if six players sign up for a single session, you receive one single session free; if six sign up for a summer special, you receive one summer special free). To receive this special, you will need to notify me of the seven or more players who will be signing up and which player you would like to receive the scholarship.
Q: I am a school coach and I would like to register 7 players on my team. It is my understanding that the 7th player will attend for free under the “coach’s special”. How do I submit these registrations?
A: To receive this special, you will need to register all your players at one time and notify me us as to which player you would like to receive the scholarship.
Q: Would you be willing to come to our school to provide training to our team during the summer?
A: Yes, we are able to do this during the summer for teams with a minimum of 10 players. Contact the camp director for pricing and other details.
Q: Do you offer scholarships or financial aid?
A: We do not provide full scholarships at this time, but limited financial scholarship assistance is available for families with demonstrated financial need. Please complete the scholarship/financial assistance package (which can be found by clicking here) included and send it to the camp director along with your registration , waiver and permission form and as much of the tuition as you are able to send. Note: The maximum financial aid we can provide is 25% off the camp fees, so please provide at least 75% of the camp fees with your application. The camp director will contact you upon receipt to notify you of your financial aid acceptance. Please complete the entire package, including the recommendation, and forward everything with your registration. Incomplete financial aid package will be denied and your tuition will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. Do you provide free one (1) day volleyball clinics for middle school and high school?
A. Yes, email us or contact the Camp Director at 757-354-2376 to arrange details and schedule for a free volleyball training.
Q. I have problems downloading the forms required. What do I do?
A. If you have problems downloading forms, just email us your name and address and we will be happy to send attachments or either mail forms to you.
