Experienced volleyball athletes are given a quicker, more complex drill. A quicker pace takes over the second phase of the camp. Emphasis will be placed on speed in the defense/offense transitions. Effective blocking, smart hitting, deliberate and accurately-placed serves will be discussed and practiced.
Currently, Francis Cornejo is the Head Coach of the Varsity Volleyball team at Holton Arms School, in Bethesda, Maryland. His school team, Holton Panthers, recently won the A Division ISL League championship for 2008.
He head coaches the MVSA 16′s travel club team and is the Skills Training Director for the club and has 17 years coaching experience. Cap level 1&2 and IMPACT certified coach. Certified referee and member of the National Capital Area Board of Volleyball Officials (NCABVO)

Coach Henry Cornejo
Henry Cornejo is a Communications 2010 graduate of Towson University , and played Setter /Outside Hitter for the Men’s Volleyball team. He has been playing volleyball for the past 10 years and has worked as Camp counselor and coach. He plays AA and A competitive volleyball
Coach Jeannie Long
Jeanne Long has been playing volleyball in the metropolitan area for 17 years. Although, she is primarily an indoor player, she recently began dabbling in doubles sand volleyball as well. During her undergraduate studies, Jeanne played for St. Mary’s College of Maryland where she was their starting setter all four years. Since graduation Jeanne has continued to play competitively through local recreation leagues and Women’s USA Volleyball.
Jeanne currently works at a small non-profit organization focused on microenterprise development and will be attending Emory University in the fall to pursue a Masters in Public Health.
